Amanda Rebelo is a visual artist, photographer, and educator whose work is deeply inspired by the beauty and rhythm of the New England coast.

Having spent half of her life on Cape Cod and now living on Massachusetts’ South Shore, the ocean has shaped not only her artistic vision but also the way she experiences the world. The changing tides, soft coastal light, weathered textures, and muted colors of the shoreline are recurring influences in both her photography and mixed-media artwork. Through layered imagery and expressive surfaces, Amanda seeks to capture the sense of peace, nostalgia, and connection that coastal landscapes evoke.

With a background in Fine and Studio Arts and more than fifteen years of experience as a licensed educator in Visual Arts and Special Education, Amanda brings both creativity and purpose to her work. Her award-winning photography and encaustic paintings reflect a lifelong appreciation for storytelling, natural beauty, and the transformative power of art. Whether creating in the studio, behind the camera, or in the classroom, Amanda is guided by a belief that art helps us slow down, look closer, and find meaning in the places and moments that shape our lives.
